Prayer:

Heavenly Father,

The Apostle Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 5.17 that because we belong to Your Son, Jesus Christ, we are new persons. Our old selves are gone. The new us is here! When we are tempted to return to our old way of life, helps us to remember we are not that person anymore. We are restored! We ask all of this in the powerful name of Your Son, Jesus. Amen.
